Your company website is often the top source of candidates—so let’s make sure it’s working for you! Connecting your ATS account to your website is quick, easy, and makes your job postings instantly visible to the right audience.


Here’s how to get set up, whether you're a hiring manager looking to plug and play or a developer who wants to dive into the code.


Step 1: Add Your Company Website URL

Make sure your account reflects your brand and points candidates in the right direction.

  1. Click the Menu Icon in the upper right of your ATS dashboard.

  2. Select Account Details from the Main Menu.

  3. Go to the Company Info section.

  4. Add your company website URL.


Step 2: Customize the Look and Feel of Your Account

Let your brand personality shine with your logo and color scheme!

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Account Details.

  2. Select the Look & Feel icon under Customize & Design.

  3. Upload your logo, adjust your color scheme, and add a Careers Page Introduction.


Step 3: Add Your Jobs to Your Website

Now that your account is all dressed up, let’s bring in the tech! You have two great options to show your open jobs on your website:


Option A: Use the Jobs Widget (Easy & Automatic)

Perfect for most users—just copy, paste, and you’re done.

  • From your dashboard, locate the Jobs Widget.

  • Copy the provided embed code.

  • Paste it into your website where you’d like your jobs to appear.

Whenever you add, update, or remove jobs in your ATS, your website will automatically reflect the changes. Magic!


Option B: Use the Open API (For Developers)

If you're comfortable with a bit of code, our Open API offers full flexibility.

  1. Click the Menu Icon and select Account Details from the Main Menu.

  2. Scroll down to the Integrate section.

  3. Click API Access and follow the instructions provided.

The API lets you pull your job listings and display them anywhere on your site, however you’d like.
