Applicants now have the ability to cancel and/or reschedule their own interviews: 



1.) "Pick a specific time" Interview Requests:



When the "Pick a specific time" option is used by the hiring manager to send an interview request out to an applicant, the applicant will receive a message like in the example below. The applicant can cancel the interview by clicking the "Update Interview" button directly from the interview message they received. 




Once they've selected "Update Interview", they're brought to the screen below to provide a reason for the cancelation. Once the applicant provides the reason for the cancelation and submits it, an email notification is sent out to the Hiring Manager notifying them that the applicant canceled and the interview is removed from the Hiring Manager's calendar. 


Important Note: The only option the applicant has is to cancel the interview when the Hiring Manager has used "Pick a specific time" to send out the interview. 



2.) "Let your candidate choose the time" Interview Requests:


When the "Let your candidate choose the time" option is used by a Hiring Manager to send an interview request out to an applicant, the applicant receives a message to choose their own date/time from the options given and once that is done, they receive a confirmation message like the one below confirming the date/time they have chosen. The applicant will have the option to reschedule or cancel the interview from there by clicking the "Update Interview" button. 



Once the applicant has selected the "Update Interview" button, they're brought to the screen below to provide their rescheduling/canceling reason. 


If the applicant chooses to cancel the interview, an email notification is sent to the Hiring Manager letting them know the interview has been canceled and it is removed from the Hiring Manager's calendar. 


If the applicant chooses to reschedule the interview, they're brought to a screen to choose from the date/times available. Once they've chosen the new date/time, an email notification and dashboard notification is sent to the Hiring Manager letting them know that the applicant rescheduled. The new date/time will also be updated on the Hiring Managers calendar as well.
