Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account beyond just your username and password.
Once enabled, TOTP requires you to enter a verification code from an authenticator app or browser extension every time you log in. These codes are short-lived and automatically refresh after a brief period, helping keep your account secure.
How It Works
During setup, you’ll scan a QR code using a TOTP-compatible app or browser extension. After setup:
You’ll enter your usual login credentials.
You’ll be prompted to enter a 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app or extension.
Once verified, you’ll gain access to your account.
