Integrating Your Corporate Job Board Account: A Quick Guide

Good news! If your company already uses ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, or Dice and wants to keep enjoying those account benefits while using our ATS, we’ve got you covered. You can integrate your corporate accounts with your ATS in just a few steps.


Here’s how you can get started:


Step 1: Choose the Account You Want to Integrate

Below, you’ll find the specific information we need to integrate each platform. Once you gather the details, simply file a support ticket with the requested information.


Step 2: Submit Your Request

Use your ATS support portal to submit the integration request.

? Note: There is a $107 annual fee for each job board integration. After submitting your request, our team will confirm the pricing and request approval to charge the fee to your credit card on file.

  • No card on file? Don’t worry! You can add one before proceeding.

Integration Details for Each Platform

ZipRecruiter

  • What we need:
    The email address associated with your corporate account.

CareerBuilder

  • What we need:
    Your CareerBuilder vendor ID.

Monster

  • What we need:
    Your corporate account username and password.

Dice

  • What we need:
    A batch login, provided by your Dice account representative.

Step 3: Confirm and Complete

Once our team has the necessary information:

  1. We’ll confirm the integration fee with you.
  2. Upon your approval, we’ll process the payment and complete the integration setup.
