Ready to jazz up your offer letters with some snazzy images? Let's get to it with these easy-peasy steps:

  1. Host Your Image Online: First things first, your image needs a home on the internet with its own unique URL. If it's not online yet, consider using free hosting sites like ImgBB or Postimage.

  2. Log into Your Account: Sign in and click on the Main Menu icon (that's the one in the upper right corner, just to the right of the Home icon). From there, select Account Details.

  3. Navigate to Offer Letter Templates: Scroll down to the Templates section and choose Offer Letters.Offer Letter Templates

  4. Edit or Create a Template: Find the template you want to spruce up and click Edit, or hit Create New Template to start from scratch.edit your template

  5. Insert the Image:

    • Place your cursor exactly where you want the image to appear in the text.
    • Then click on Image to open the image insertion dialog.add an image
    • Paste your image's URL into the Source (URL) box. insert image fields
    • Ensure it's a direct link ending with .png. Avoid using viewer URLs, as they might link back to the hosting page instead of displaying the image directly. Once you select the HTML image URL you want to use only the image URL portion that is underlined in red in the image below.

    • Optional fields:
      • Title (Alternate Text): This is where you can offer a short description of the image. This is valuable should your link break or if the viewer is using accessibility tools.
      • Link (URL): If you want your image to route to a specific website when you click on it, you can add that URL to the Link (URL) box.
  6. Save Your Changes: Once you're happy with the placement, click Insert to add your image to your Offer Letter Template. VoilĂ ! Your offer letter now has that extra visual flair.

Pro Tip: If you ever need to remove or swap out the image, simply edit the template again. Click the Undo button to remove the current image, then use the Image icon to insert a new one or leave the Source (URL) box empty to remove it entirely.
